Do I need a ticket for entry?

Yes, every person who enters the trade fair during set-up and dismantling times, as well as during the event, requires a personalized ticket, work pass or exhibitor card. These can be ordered using your exhibitor login in the online exhibitor shop.

Is it necessary to register already for set-up and dismantling?

Already for the set-up and dismantling a prior accreditation of all persons present is necessary.

Current setup and dismantling times?

Set-up time:

Monday, 10.02. to Thursday, 13.02.2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday, 14.02.2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Dismantling time:

Monday, 17.02.2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Tuesday, 18.02. to Friday, 21.02.2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Which entrances are open during set-up times?

During set-up, the entrances on the A4 via the parking lot, the entrance on Bettinastrasse and from Wednesday (12.02.2025) the main entrance on Kaiserstrasse will be open.

Which entrances are open during the trade fair?

Only the main entrance (Kaiserstrasse) is open during the event.

What are ILM's opening hours for visitors?

From Saturday, 15.02. to Sunday, 16.02.2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
On Monday, 17.02.2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Where can I park as a exhibitor?

Three loading zones are available in the exhibition courtyard and Bettinastraße for loading and unloading on set-up and dismantling days.

The loading time per vehicle is limited in all loading zones. The parking lot P1 Mainufer will be available to you during the set-up and dismantling days.

Parking during the set-up days from 10.02. to 12.02.2025 in parking lot P1 Mainufer is regulated by the parking fee regulations of the City of Offenbach. Please pay attention to the parking ticket machines.

For parking during the set-up days from 13.02. to 14.02.2025, you will need an ILM set-up parking permit, which you can order and personalize in the exhibitor online store.

Please understand that, in the interests of trade visitors, we must insist that all cars leave parking lot P1 by 10 p.m. by the end of the build-up period on 30.08.2024. In case of violation, we will charge cars parked in the parking lot beyond the permitted parking time with costs of EUR 200,- and have them removed after a reasonable period of time for the owner.

Parking during the dismantling days from 18.02. to 21.02.2025 in parking lot P1 Mainufer is regulated by the parking fee regulations of the City of Offenbach. Please pay attention to the parking ticket machines.

During the trade fair from 15.02. to 17.02.2025, the parking lot P1 Mainufer and the parking garage P2 Messe Offenbach are available for cars. We ask all exhibitors to park in the parking garage P2 Messe Offenbach if possible, so that the parking lot P1 Mainufer is available for visitors.

Low-Emission Zone Offenbach

Offenbach is considered an environmental zone under the Clean Air Plan for the Rhine-Main conurbation. This means that only motor vehicles with modern exhaust technology are allowed to enter the environmental zone. These vehicles must be marked with a so-called fine dust sticker, which must be affixed to the windshield. Drivers of vehicles without a sticker must expect a fine of EUR 100.00.

Is there a shuttle service between the fair and the P2 parking garage?

A shuttle service will be provided for exhibitors and visitors between the exhibition center and the P2 parking garage, which will operate between the following times:

From 15.02. to 16.02.2025 from 07:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
On 17.02.2025 from 07:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m.

Where can I drop off checkroom items or luggage?

You can drop off checkroom items or luggage for storage in the entrance area.

Are the exhibition grounds barrier-free?

Messe Offenbach was designed and built to be barrier-free. Please inform yourself in advance by phone or e-mail about special parking facilities, as these may vary depending on the event. Access to hall B2 is via a stair lift and is only available with trained personnel. Please contact the info counter in the entrance area.

Are dogs allowed at the events?

Dogs are allowed on the premises of Messe Offenbach.

Where is the nearest ATM?

An ATM is located directly at the main entrance of Messe Offenbach on the corner of Kaiserstrasse/Bettinastrasse.

Where are the taxi stands located?

You will find cab stands directly in front of the fair on Kaiserstrasse (next to the main entrance).

Airport transfer?

From Frankfurt Airport with the S-Bahn lines S8 and S9 directly to the stop "Offenbach Ledermuseum", approx. 28 minutes.

By cab from the airport to the Offenbach trade fair center, approx. 35 minutes.

Where can I drop off my coat or luggage?

You can leave checkroom items or luggage for storage in the entrance areas.

Is there WiFi on the exhibition grounds?

A high-performance WiFi infrastructure is available on the exhibition grounds.

Are the exhibition grounds barrier-free?

Messe Offenbach was designed and built to be barrier-free. Please inform yourself in advance by phone or e-mail about special parking facilities, as these may vary depending on the event.

Access to hall B2 is possible via stair lift and is available with trained staff. Please contact the info counter in the entrance area.

Are dogs allowed at the events?

Dogs are allowed on the premises of Messe Offenbach.

Does Messe Offenbach have parking spaces for the disabled?

The disabled parking spaces are located directly in Bettinastraße.
Please note, however, that these are public.
